So, we are having an open house and jewelry sale here on Sunday. This fact motivated Frank and I to do some long needed and wanted home repairs. I spent yesterday morning painting the walls and ceiling in the kitchen. I put on new drawer pulls from ikea, and today have been painting the insides of the cabinets. I thought if we painted them another color it would look like we have no cabinet doors purposefully! I picked Icy Blue which is really subtle but beautiful. The lower cabinets are going to get curtains with fabric that I also got at ikea.

I do this kind of stuff ALL the time. Especially when I have 1,000 more important things to do. I love that color.
